The Cerwin-Vega! Factory Service Department offers direct support for its customers that require product servicing. In addition, Cerwin-Vega! maintains a national network of 200+ Authorized Warranty Service Centers. Many CV dealers also operate their own service organizations to provide factory authorized service support for their customers.


Customer Service Options available to CV Customers

   
1. Original Dealer Service Department - CV customers are encouraged to first check with the dealer where their CV products were purchased. Many offer an "in house" service program.
   
2. Local Authorized Service Center - To find a service center in your area, use the service center locator.
   
3. Factory Direct Service - Review service procedure information available at this site, or contact CV Service directly by E-Mail, Fax, or Phone.
