The Stanton Group kicked off international promotions of the new Cerwin-Vega Active system, latest Stanton DJ products, and KRK's newest innovations at the 2008 Musikmesse Show in Frankfurt, Germany. This year's show played host to over 112,000 visitors from over 126 countries, and the Stanton Group had maximum impact with a brand new booth in Hall A and also a seperate and private meeting area dedicated to showcasing the KRK Systems products. The booth featured a live stage powered by the Cerwin-Vega Active Series where daily performances took place on the latest Stanton gear. Highlights of the show included Michael Burian on the new SCS.1m mixer controller (part of the new Stanton SC System) seamlessly operating Ableton Live, and a unique performance by top Italian DJ duo "Deelay" also performing on the SC System operating Ableton Live, joined by superstar bass guitarist Saturnino. Other big crowd-drawing highlights were KRK's new ERGO room correction device and first ever hands-on stations for SC System where guests were able to test the units with Traktor, Deckadance, and Ableton Live. The new and insanely powerful Cerwin-Vega Active system made a HUGE splash at the annual Winter Music Conference in South Beach Miami. The sound system was employed at several popular venues, most remarkably the AX Music Lounge at the Raligh Penthouse, which also played host to Madonna's "Hard Candy" album release party on Friday March 28, and the annual "Hella International" Stones Throw Pool Party at the Raleigh pool which featured performances by talent such as Peanut Butter Wolf, Madlib, A-Trak, James Pants, and more. People were amazed by the impact of the CV Active system all weekend, and have all raved about the sound quality difference that it delivered to the parties this year.

Jamie Strong, Sales & Marketing Director for Stones Throw Records commented, "Overall, the sound was amazing and blew last year's sound out of the water. The CV's bump!!! Everything sounded more crisp. Definitely impressed."

Brian Feit, a representative of BMF, the group who produced the AX Music Lounge event at the Raleigh Penthouse, had the following to say about the CV Active System... Stanton DJ and Cerwin-Vega loudspeakers also took over a cabana at the National Hotel for Remix Hotel Miami, where we featured hourly DJ performances by top talent of all genres such as Reid Speed, Stryke, mLe, Topcat,and Annalyze... all showcasing their talent through the Cerwin Vega Active professional speakers.
